Bluegrass Wales

The aim of Bluegrass Wales is to promote an understanding and appreciation of bluegrass music and those acoustic musical traditions from which it originated, and to encourage and support the enjoyment and performance of this music in Wales.

To promote venues where bluegrass can be played and     enjoyed

Announce bluegrass festivals, concerts and sessions

Host workshops for musicians and bluegrass events

Provide technical information regarding performance and     sound recording, bluegrass instruments, and other related     topics

    Bluegrass Wales is a member of the European Bluegrass     Music Association (EBMA) and the British Bluegrass Music     Association (BBMA).

    Founder, Nadine Highfield is the EBMA national     representative for Wales and the BBMA area representative     for South Wales.
